This Shoji 100% Paper Raffia Knit Fabric by Katia Fabrics with its striped design is an innovative and eco-friendly textile option for summer bags.

Raffia, known for its versatility, is ideal for bags due to its strength and durability, a great alternative to single-use plastic bags. Katia recommends using it with fusible interfacing to prevent fraying.

NOTE – Universal needle, size 100. Use a sewing machine with a double-height presser foot as it is a thick fabric. Interface the seam allowances to prevent the fabric from fraying.
