Main Features & Creative Benefits

JUKI Industrial Heritage Since 1938

Bring the legendary strength of commercial-grade manufacturing to your home studio. Since 1938, JUKI has engineered industry-leading industrial equipment, and this same robust technology is built directly into the Juki TL-2000Qi. Enjoy unmatched stitch precision, heavy-duty durability, and professional-grade performance designed to elevate your sewing, tailoring, and quilting projects to factory-quality standards.

Inside the Heavy-Duty Chassis

Cast Aluminum Housing

Designed for superior strength, stability, and vibration reduction during high-speed sewing.

Removable Lower Housing

Features a durable plastic lower access plate designed to facilitate easier maintenance and service.

Brushless DC Motor & Cog Belts

Delivers exceptional torque and speed control while cog belts eliminate stretching or slipping issues.

Bearing-Supported Drive Shafts

All mechanical shafts are fully supported by high-grade industrial bearings integrated directly into the aluminum casting.

Isolated Electronics Module

Electronics are protected in a dedicated housing, preventing static and friction vibration issues.

Automatic Thread Trimmer

Equipped with an advanced automatic thread trimming mechanism derived directly from commercial equipment. At the end of a seam, a light press of the push-button simultaneously clips the needle and bobbin threads instantly, saving time and reducing thread waste.

Automatic Needle Threader

The push-lever automatic needle threader cleanly guides thread through the needle eye, eliminating eyestrain and allowing you to start your projects quickly and efficiently.

Enlarged Bobbin Replacement Window

Swapping bobbins is easier than ever. The redesigned bobbin case latch and significantly expanded bobbin access compartment make extracting and loading bobbins seamless, even when the machine is mounted on a quilting frame.

Knee Lifter Lever for Hands-Free Control

Pivot corners, align quilt blocks, or adjust bulky garments with absolute ease. The ergonomic knee lifter allows you to raise or lower the presser foot completely hands-free up to a generous 12 mm height adjustment.

Adjustable Presser Foot Pressure

Achieve flawless material feeding on anything from lightweight silks to multi-layered wool. The top-mounted regulator knob lets you adjust presser foot pressure to match your fabric weight perfectly, preventing shifting, puckering, or stretching.

Programmable Needle Up/Down Control

When you stop sewing, the needle automatically stops in the down position to allow for quick pivoting or precise free-motion quilting. Adjust the needle position upwards or downwards instantly with a simple, convenient button press.

Expand Your Studio with Quilting Frame Options

Transform your straight-stitch machine into a compact longarm setup. The Q-Zone Hoop-Frame fits into small craft rooms with its space-saving 4.5-foot footprint and features zone quilting, enabling you to finish quilts of any size on a compact frame.
